A Career Built on Experience and Service

Cecelia joined ChiComm in November 2024, bringing nearly twenty years of experience in credit and collections. Her career started right after high school and has taken her through industries as diverse as ceramic tile manufacturing, nonprofit organizations, and hospitals—before she found her place in the fast-paced world of two-way radio communications. In addition to her extensive professional background, Cecelia is also a licensed realtor. She’s currently continuing her education in accounting to expand her skills and better serve customers while supporting ChiComm’s financial processes.

Thriving on Problem-Solving

Cecelia thrives on finding solutions. Whether she’s identifying and resolving account discrepancies, tracking payments, or working directly with customers, she approaches every challenge with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service. Her attention to detail helps ensure ChiComm’s credit and collections operations are handled with professionalism and care.

When she’s not balancing our books, Cecelia enjoys traveling, shopping, and exploring new restaurants with her two teenage daughters.

She’s an adrenaline junkie—jetskiing in the summer, snowmobiling in the winter—and finds balance by staying active at the gym and trying out new recipes at home.

Her household also includes a unique pet: a bearded dragon named Indy, who’s about the length of a human arm. Caring for Indy is just another example of Cecelia’s dedication and attention to detail—qualities she applies to every part of her life.
