Service Agreement

Chicago Communications is under contract to service your communication system. You choose the service you need. There's a monthly fee, which varies, depending upon the work you require. But it's usually less than the charge from equivalent service calls made without an agreement. Plus, it allows you to plan ahead and budget services.

What to know:

  • Monday - Friday:  8:00am-4:30pm Service
  • Optional 24 hours / 7 days a week - Call 1.800.833.1968
  • Optional evening services
  • Drive In/Mail In/Customer Location Services
  • Priority Service - Parts & Labor due to normal wear and tear
  • Unlimited repairs for units on maintenance
  • Operation Verification of units = visual and over the air inspection
  • Physical damage - (1 hour free labor) - 1 time, per unit, per year
  • Customer Loyalty Discounts on all Chicago Communication LLC Products And Services
